BASIC OF FACE READING
1. FACIAL FEATURES
Face Reading considers various facial features like :-
* Shape of the Head.
* The Shape and Size of the forehead.
* Alignment of the face.
* Size of the Forehead.
* Size, Shape and Color of the eyes.
* Shape of the Eyebrows.
* Quality of the Cheeks.
* Size and Shape of the nose.
* Wrinkles and Moles on the Face.
* Shape and size of Mouth, Lips and Chin.
* Hair Color and Texture.
* Shape of the Neck.
The best way to face reading is to first analyze the above given facial features and then relate them to their corresponding personality traits.
2. FACIAL EXPRESSIONS
The moment an idea, problem, experience, sight etc is developed or originated in the mind it is shared on the face. These facial expressions are filled with emotions and they convey a meaning to the person. They are infact social information amongst people. They are the foundations of body language.
UNIVERSAL EXPRESSIONS
Psychological research has classified six facial expressions which correspond to distinct universal emotions : Sadness, Anger, Happiness, Fear, Disgust and Surprise.
1. SADNESS
Sadness is usually expressed by a slack mouth which droops at the corner and revealed by the mouth, eyebrows and forehead.
it is indicated by -
a) Lowering of mouth corners.
b) Raising the inner portion of the brows.
c) Crying eyes, almost on the blink of shedding tears.
2. ANGER
Anger is usually expressed by a frustration and revealed by the eyebrows, eyes, mouth and sometimes the nose.
It is indicated by -
a) Eyebrows lowered.
b) Lips pressed firmly.
c) Eyes bulging.
d) Nostrils flared.
3. HAPPINESS
Happiness is usually expressed by a warm smile and revealed by the eyes, mouth and cheeks.
It is indicated by -
a) Raising and lowering of mouth corners.
b) Slight rise of the lower eyelids.
c) Appearance of crow's feet at the corners of the eyes.
4. FEAR
Fear is usually expressed by the eyebrows raised and pulled together and revealed by the eyebrows, forehead, eyes and mouth.
It is indicated by -
a) Brows raised and pulled together.
b) Eyes left open.
c) Mouth opened slightly.
d) Lines on the forehead creased in the centre of the forehead.
4. DISGUST
Disgust is usually expressed by a strong feeling of dislike for some unpleasant appearance and is revealed by the eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks.
It is indicated by -
a) Wrinkled nose.
b) Upper lip raised and curled in the centre.
c) Raised cheeks.
d) Lower eyelid rise.
6. SURPRISE
Surprise is expressed by a sudden feeling of wonder and astonishment and is revealed by the forehead, eyebrows, eyes and mouth.
It is indicated by -
a) Raised and curved eyebrows.
b) Eyes open wide to express more white area.
c) Jaw drops slightly.
d) Horizontal lines on the forehead.
